Product prices on this website may change based on market prices, and all prices are without VAT-TAX.
The displayed products on this website may not all be on hand; some are in our showroom, some are in our godown, and some are on the way. However, our robust supply chain management system ensures timely delivery within 1-3 days in Dhaka city and within 3-5 days anywhere in Bangladesh. If you wish to collect from the JDS office, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance during office hours.
Terms of Warranty and Guarantee
For warranty or guarantee issues, customers must return the product to our office to claim the guarantee or warranty service. After receiving the product, our service engineers will provide the necessary service or fulfil the guarantee claim.
Terms of Delivery
We have different delivery slots for various conditions, and all days are considered working days (excluding Government holidays). Our working days are Saturday to Thursday, with our office closed on Govt. Holidays and Fridays.
We offer same-day delivery (excluding Govt. Holidays and Fridays), 1-3 days delivery for Dhaka City, and 3-5 days for outside Dhaka City. Orders must be placed on or before 2:00 pm on non-Govt for same-day delivery.
Holidays and Fridays. For 1-3 days delivery, orders can be placed anytime for Dhaka City, and 3-5 days delivery, orders can be placed anytime outside Dhaka City. To pick up a product from the office, you must inform us before coming; otherwise, delivering the product will not be possible.
Terms of Payment:
We offer various payment options, including Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Direct Bank Transfer, etc. For invoice amounts over Tk. 10,000.00, you need to pay a minimum of 20% advance with the order.
