Return Policy

Note: Some products can’t be returned if you just don’t need them anymore.

For problems with a device after you’ve used it, you have 7 days to return it with a valid reason. We’ll guide you to the brand’s warranty centre (if there is one) or help you with warranty service.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in good condition.
  • Keep all the original stuff like tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  • Return the product in its original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
