The regular delivery charge is Tk. 70 for Dhaka City and Tk. 150 for anywhere in Bangladesh. Charges vary based on product weight, type, and delivery schedule.

We accept payment options like Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and Bank Transfer. You can choose your preferred payment method.

Unopened or spoiled packaged products can be refunded within 7 days. For liquid and perishable items, 3 days return policy applies. There are no returns for unpacked or used products.

We strive for the best quality. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Please return the item to the delivery person or call us within 3 days for the replacement.

Our working days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Government holidays. Our office is closed on Fridays and government holidays.

We operate on specific delivery schedules, considering different conditions. We offer same-day delivery (excluding Govt. Holidays and Fridays), 1-3 days delivery within Dhaka City, and 3-5 days outside Dhaka City.
For same-day delivery, place your order before 2:00 pm on a non-Govt holiday and non-Friday. Orders can be placed anytime for 1-3 days of delivery in Dhaka City or 3-5 days outside Dhaka City.

Yes, you can collect products from our office. Please confirm us at least 2 hours before your arrival. If you arrive without prior notice, we may be unable to provide the product at that time.
